A link to the review below, which I posted on Google, keeps appearing and disappearing. Given that, I am posting it here as well so anyone who wants to read it is not prevented from doing so.

I am writing this review to give a correct picture of this company. I had written a short review about them [Singh’s Aircon] last year, on their urging, portraying them as efficient. That is incorrect.
I contacted Singh’s in September 2025 because the person from whom I bought a house in Tarneit had used their services to install an air-con system. There was an error showing up, with the green light on the display going red periodically.
Two men showed up, had a look and said some sensors needed to be replaced. They said they would order the parts and then come and fit them. I was charged a callout fee of $209.
I waited until November and then called the company again. One thing notable was that every time I did so, the woman who answered would promise to call back within two minutes – and then rarely do so.
Towards the end of November, two men from Singh’s came by again. They again charged me a callout feee — this time $168.05 — and said the parts they had ordered were yet to arrive. I was curious about the second callout fee as no company has ever charged me that. However, I decided to go along and see what their game was. This amount was paid on November 27. They also asked for a Google Review of their services; as I have mentioned above, I gave them a positive review even though they had done sweet fuck-all.
I called Singh’s again in December. There was no movement on fixing my air-con system. Very little work gets done in Australia in the second half of December as the holiday mood sets in, so I left the matter until January.
I call Singh’s in January and got the usual message from the receptionist: “I will call you back in two minutes.” I left it at that and decided to wait and see. When I had not heard from the company until March 19, I decided to call another company and did so. My experience with that company, Coldflow, is detailed in another review (which Coldflow did not ask for and is written on my own initiative).
